Today’s startup Bento reimagines personal pages as creative spaces to show who you are, what you create, and what you sell.
⚾ The Elevator Pitch
A lot of us spend hours curating our internet persona – whether it’s our personal website, instagram page, Linkedin bio, or Etsy. And we spend all this time curating our online presence in the hopes of reaching and engaging our followers and friends. However, with the overwhelming amount of content and feed that we all consume everyday, it can be difficult to consolidate your online presence in one place.
This is where Bento comes in. Bento allows users display their work in an elegant and concise way on both desktop and mobile. They approach their design with widgets to make the page compartmentalized, clean, and Bento-esque.

🔍 Why we like it
🪐 A consolidated cyberspace
Bento’s business thesis is already a proven idea. For instance, popular Australian-based startup linktree has been around since 2016 and recently became a Unicorn after its $110M Series C round. On top of that, many online creators already have a linktree in their bio. However, Bento is approaching these consolidated cyberspaces with a different strategy. 1) Their clean UI (yes it is really nice) that is optimized for user-engagement and 2) their business model which allows users to make money from their pages with widgets dedicated to donations and product offerings.
🏁 The final frontier
Currently, most landing pages simply redirect users to other websites and platforms, acting as “routers.” The result is reduced user retention and ecosystems where creators do not own tools for monetization and distribution. Bento aims to be the final destination for creators to showcase their work and make money as well.
